Anyone know a good mobile battery guy for BMW in Dubai, dealer wants 3k
My 320i would not start this morning, just clicking and the lights dimming, pretty sure the battery is done. Called the dealer in Dubai and they quoted me close to 3,000 dirhams including fitting and coding, which feels insane for a battery. I know these cars need AGM and some registration thing so I do not want to just grab a cheap one from a random shop and have it die in a year again. A mate told me to look for top BMW battery replacement in Dubai since there are mobile guys who come to you and do the coding properly, but I have no idea who is actually good. Has anyone used a mobile service for this, did they come to your home or office, and did the coding actually get done or did they skip that part? Also how long did it take, I need the car working by tomorrow evening so trying to figure out if this is realistic or if I should just suck it up and pay the dealer.
